Intern

Intern

Intel PRC, Shanghai Zizhu

Visual & Parallel Computing Group (Sep.2015 – Present)

I was eager to apply what I learned in the industry. Therefore, I seized the opportunity to work as an intern at Intel’s Shanghai office. Working in the visual and parallel computing group, I am currently working to test the unreleased 7th generation core processor microarchitecture. I have learnt not only Perl and video driver codes, but how to work with a professional team. By analyzing driver’s source codes and previous logs, I debug problems alongside my colleagues and transfer driver codes to the next group to execute other tests. I am proud of using my skills in the real world, proud of my contribution to the project, and proud of being able to put what I learned into real products.

MultiViewer Video Player

Working with my partners, I also use C# to develop the Intel internal MultiViewer video player project to support 10-bit and 16-bit YUV formats, and I am responsible for processing P010, P216, Y210, Y216, Y410 and Y416 formats.
